Prelude

The 28th of August 2004 will be one of the biggest rock shows and CD launch parties that Klerksdorp has ever seen.

Prelude, Klerksdorp’s very own “celebrity” band will be releasing their very first and long awaited album titled, “Happy family”.

Prelude have invited a list of special guests to perform and party the night away with them. All ages are invited and the bands will ensure that there is something for everyone.  The Show will start at 6pm at the Portuguese Hall.

Prelude and Yourcity will be giving away two tickets to the The Happy Family rock show. All you have to do is tell us what the name  of Prelude’s newly released CD is?

Annual Graduation Fashion Show

The North West School of design is hosting their 5th Annual Graduation Fashion Show 2004 on the 16th of October this year. The fashion show also serves as an award ceremony for students that excel in the fashion show evaluations.

As this event is one of the social highlights of Klerksdorp, it draws +- 400 guests and every year it just grows in capacity. Guests come from as far a field as Mafikeng, Lichtenburg, Zeerust and Gauteng so please diarize this event in your diary.
