ALIENATION OF   A PORTION OF ERF 19622, JOUBERTON EXTENSION 19

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 79(18) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939, as amended, that it is the intention of the City Council to sell a portion of erf 19622, Jouberton Extension 19 approximately 2294m² in extent.

A copy of the Council's resolution as well as a plan indicating the situation of the said portion of land may be inspected at room 102, Civic Centre, during normal office hours.

Any person who has any objection to the proposed alienation must lodge his objection in writing with the undersigned before THURSDAY, 3 NOVEMBER 2005.

VERVREEMDING  VAN 'N GEDEELTE VAN ERF 19622, JOUBERTON UITBREIDING 19

Hiermee word kennis ooreenkomstig die bepalings van artikel 79(18) van die Ordonnansie op Plaaslike Bestuur, 1939, soos gewysig, gegee dat die Stadsraad voornemens is om  'n gedeelte van erf 19622, Jouberton Uitbreiding 19 ongeveer 2294m², groot, te vervreem.

'n Afskrif van die Stadsraad se besluit asook 'n plan waarop die ligging van die voormelde grondgedeelte aangedui word, sal gedurende gewone kantoorure by kamer 102, Burgersentrum, ter insae lê.

Enigeen wat beswaar teen die vervreemding wil aanteken, moet sodanige beswaar skriftelik voor DONDERDAG, 3 NOVEMBER 2005 by die ondergetekende indien.
