TRIO DID IT FOR KLERKSDORP

Stella van Coller from Trio Properties was the first Estate Agent in the North West Region ever to have been nominated by the Property Professional Club of South Africa for a personal interview to establish the Property Personality for 2005.  The region she represented was the whole of North West, Free State, Northen Cape, Northen Province, Mpumalanga and the Eastern Cape. The remaining regions represented were Greater Johannesburg, Greater Pretoria, Kwa-Zula Natal and the Western Cape. After the interview and Stella's presentation, she was chosen as one of 10 finalists from all regions in South Africa. A fantastic achievement. The award ceremony was held on the 4th of June at the Michaelangelo Hotel in Sandton.  The decision of the judges reflected on personality, professionalism, service ethics, marketing and innovation,  involvement in the industry and community, as well as black empowerment.  The Board of trustees were; Nazeem Howa, CEO of Independent Newspapers, Jeff Mashigo, ex-national president of the Institute of Estate Agents, June Tudhope, head of Nedbank Home Loans, Nomonde Mpetla, CEO of the Estate Agency Affairs Board,  Michael Jackson, editor of the Property Professional magazine, and last year's winner Tryphina Dube.
