More Fun Than They Deserve!

Thundercat Racing is a form of international, spectator friendly, powerboat racing. A highly competitive, hugely exciting, adrenaline filled race series that keeps attracting an ever-growing audience and competitors. It is said to be “More fun than a human deserves.”

Pilots are welcome to enter any make of boat, engine and type of propeller that complies with the rules and regulations and Klerksdorp locals Phil Louw and Bigboy van Wyk of Danlou Marine really rose to the challenge.

The World Championship Thundercat and Jetski Competition took place in England recently and the ten day event in South Bay, Scarborough, was a huge success in spite of dodgy weather. Countries from around the world entered teams, including South Africa, France, Sweden and Australia and many more.  -Continued on page 2
